    Had a great sleep in the quiet surroundings, only being woken about 8 as Johan and Louise left for their morning dip in the sea. The kids slept a little later. After a communal breakfast we headed to Kattvik for some crabbing and a picnic with Sophie and all the kids.     Our final day in Halmstad was one to remember. We began with a team presentation at the Rotary Club of Halmstad Tre Hjartan at 7:30 a.m., which went very well (we get better each time). It was a reunion of sorts too as we were warmly greeted by Therese from the Swedish outbound team, who finally made it home to Halmstad.

With the aid of our trail guides, Per and Ulf, we drove through the countryside on the lookout for moose, deer, wild boar, hare, and others.     ... dairy operations by Christin. One of the highlights of the tour was the milking carousel. One by one the cows happily entered into the carousel and patiently stood, being milked, while the carousel rotated. After going around full circle, each cow would slowly back out of the stall and go on its merry way. If you have to milk 1,300 plus cows a day, this is definitely the way to do it!
