    Lyon must really be gourmet capital. Even the hotel meal is lovely! Tomato-based stew not overly cooked or acidic. Chicken a bit strong for my tastes, but surprisingly chewy and easy on the stomach. Even the hot chocolate has a good amount of bitterness, indicating actual cacao, rather than pure sweetness.
