... made the salad, girls made the meat, boys drank beer. This was our first night with the group and we found some gloworms! It turned out to be a late one with pool games, competitive ping pong sessions, national anthems and Irish salsa dancing! The next morning we were up for a trip to Bridal Veil Falls and the weather stayed fine for our walk and our wrong turn on the way back in the bus! ... had no one mentioned this place to me before? I thought I was getting to know Hamilton pretty well? We had a bite to eat at Nando's and then he showed me his new accommodation he had been moved to.. this time straight opposite the airport - good for flying work, bad for trips into town! We caught up, watched a movie and then it was back to Oma's for some quality time!

... the people were actually quite nice. Ended up chatting to a few home owners for over 15 mins (when the survey maybe took 3 minutes). One was an older lady with 2 dogs and a cat. I could tell she was alone and probably felt lonely. She clearly was excited to see a new face and have someone to to talk to. I didnt mind as it made my job more enjoyable.
