... and his friends. On Monday we went to the Denver museum of natural history and science. We loved it, Alex got to see Pompei all over again, and wear a lab coat to do tests on herself. Liz got to study the stars and watch a video on super volcanoes. We both watched this awesome 3D IMAX film about tornado chasers and this guy who built a vehicle that could withstand being in the eye of a tornado, it was awesome.

... to grow up too fast by putting it away and pretending to be more mature than I am, but it wouldn’t fit in my bag, and I didn’t want to deal with all the judgment from carrying that up to my dorm room on the first day. The rest of my belongings at home were either out of season and I’ll bring them for winter or forgotten unintentionally like my curling iron and my calculator charger. Somehow I’m managing to survive without them ...
