... a trial run in Paris. The lead (the Gene Kelly role) is Robert Fairchild, a principal dancer in the New York City Ballet. The female lead Leanne Cope as Lise is in the Company of the Royal Ballet. Wow. Our professional companion said Cope had wonderful feet- and she could not stop watching them. Of course the music is amazing, the musicians get to play Gershwin every night. Lovely to hear it live. The creative team did a fantastic job adapting the story - it really makes more ...

... finally made it to our destination of Monahans Sand Hills State Park about 4:00. It is so unique and reminds me a lot of White Sands National Monument. We pulled into site 2 and noticed that it was with site 1 and not a lot of room. ... Stillness not overrated for sleeping. On ship TV played the first season of Game of Thrones and I watched them all. Still not fond of Ned's Death scene. So Monday everyone just hung out at the bar all day and then we went to the Captains reception. Hilarity ensued and had trouble not laughing too much. The Captain has a theme song they play when he walks in... like Hail to the Chief but with dramatic sailing ...

      Bon Voyage!

As usual just getting out of Midland is the most difficult part of the journey. Leave on time? if your not on Southwest, forget it. I have never been on a flight where the take off has been aborted. Just as we began to take off the pilot hit the brakes and aborted. If I had eaten breakfast it would have ...
