    So yesterday we travelled from Monterey to our new hotel in Fremont. We had decided to go here so that we could look around Palo Alto and the big businesses round here... Ok it was Johns idea as he is sooo into technology and the big firms but I went along with it.

    The area we stayed in was nice, lots of food places and shopping centres …

    ... Francisco Bay. If you are planning to come to San Francisco, don't be fooled by the maps showing the Presidio as green leading you to expect a park - it's not quite the truth. Large amounts of the Presidio is actually full of very expensive housing but is never-the-less still quite green and enjoyable to wander through, and contains at least 1 'must see' and 2 other possible 'must see' attractions, not counting the views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz.. ...
