... classy...and we get along just fine. She is from Westerly Rhode Island and teaches English for 11 graders at their local high school.
The breakfast at the Waterfall Hotel ROCKS..they have western food like coffee, eggs, toast, yogurt, granola, juice....we were all doing a big dance because the food is very good....(the food was terrible in Fuzhou). During our trip, 3 meals per day, 5 star hotels, flights, transfers, and ...
... I parted ways and she handed me a nice box with a very pretty bracelet and wanted to thank me for sitting with her and talk about Eat, Pray, and Love and for being a good teacher. These two people I think had the most impact on me and I will stay in touch with them via email and QQ (China's Facebook)!!

Tonite we fly to Guilian Lijiang Waterfall Hotel (google it).Beautiful!! This is now our travel week to explore 8 days of China's beautiful country. We have to have roommates for this leg and Jackie O (Denise) asked me to be her roommate she is cool and we will get along fine!!

... freaks you out. I would say most people own scooters or take the bus and many of my Chinese teacher students do not have a licenses. It is expensive to learn how to drive in Fuzhou. People drive their scooters on the sidewalk, on the side of the road, through the park...there are no rules so they can drive them anywhere. People in China do not order individual entrees they serve dinners family style and you rotate the piece of round glass if you want to try a particular dish; everyone shares the meal. If you have experienced Dim Sum in China town in Boston, New York, or San Francisco many of the Chinese restaurants have tables with the round glass top.
