      Nice stroll along the North Embankment side of Thames. Frustratingly the arthritis is causing me keen discomfort so we're moving more slowly this morn and just taking things as they come. Black cab to Paddington Station and on to the Heathrow Express and the Marriott for the night - all "changing towns" time.
