Beaches really as it stretches as far as the eye can see and so do the high rise hotels etc. We took a long walk along the beach and can now boast we have dunked our feet in the Atlantic Ocean. Best of all we were in summer clothes after freezing in Washington. There are numerous bars/cafés etc along the waterfront.       ... we have seen, put Vietnamese new year display to shame! Afterwards, a lot of people were clearly going out to the bars along the strip, but not really dressed for the occasion and unable to afford more than one drink in any of those places, we went back to the hostel.
