Best Western Fallsview Niagara Falls

I ask for a room away from the noise and busy of hotel.

The room was located at the receiving dock trucks all night and morning.

No customer servive at all better off saving money and not staying there.

Just bad if you go here after reading this its your own dam fault you have been warned.

Went for a quick weekend getaway - very nice people - very very clean rooms - great prices - could walk everywhere - would stay again -

My husband and I were very happy with our stay at the Best Western Fallsview. The staff members were very pleasant. It is in walking distance of everything. The best perk is that it is across the street from the new Fallsview Casino. The only bad thing I can say is that the decorating needs updated. It looks a little dated. We would stay there again for the location alone.

I will give this place credit in only ONE departmant!

The room.. my husband and I went for our second annivisary, the room was NICE. Beautiful Jacuzzi tub, very clean, very comfortable and only a few minutes walk to everything!!

However the service was horriable especially form the supervisors them selves!!

After one mess up to another it became stressful and annoying!! The only staff that were nice to us at all were the house keeping staff ( she was very nice) and the poor bell boy who got stuck trying to rectify a situation he had no control over! When speaking with the supervisor he was rude short with his words, out and out NASTY!!!

They had last years information about there hotel in the room..FYI..There is no more room service even if the book in your room tells you there is...

Again the room was nice but I could say a few more choice words about managment!!!

We went to so many hotels just to stay one night in Niagra falls was about 200.00 CAN. We drove to even the cheapest, just looking for a clean place to stay with a pool for the kids. This hotel had all that, not a first class hotel but what we were looking for. It was still a little bit over the top in price but was the best of all. I am very glad we stoped and stayed. The kids had a great time we all slept well and I am sure would stay again, if in Niagra.

This was my first time at the Best Western Fallsview. It was nice, but it was a little less than I had expected. The room was not ready at our arrival at 4 pm even though check-in is at 3 pm. One day we came back from touring at about 4 pm and our room still had not been cleaned. The coffee pot that they provide is a joke if you are a big coffee drinker as my husband and I are. I don't think the accomodations warrant the room rate that is charged. I'd like to see a few more towels in the room too. Oh and if you plan to spend any time in the room, the TV programming is laughable and there is no view of the falls. If you're lucky to get a room facing the falls, you look out on to construction and a parking lot. I might stay here again if I couldn't find anything else nearby.

Those peolpe are crazy...I LOVED my stay at the Best Western Fallsview. The rooms were big and clean. I had a problem because they are pet friendly and I am very allergic and when I told the Front Desk that I was the general manager was at teh Front Desk working on teh computer and he came right over and appologized and gave me a free upgrade because they it was the off season. The staff was nothing but polite and friendly. I was sooo impressed by everyhting about my stay. I am planning to go back in September and there's no where else I would stay, especially now that the brand new Casino is right across teh street. I would reccommend this place to anyone, it's very family oriented and it's so close to everything it made our trip so convenient for us. Stay at this hotel, you will not be sorry!!

My husband took me to Niagra Falls for my birthday on 27th-29th of February 2004. The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. They went out of there way to make me, my husband and our dog feel welcome. Not alot of hotels treat dogs as well as they did. They answered all of our questions about local attractions (they even offered us discounts to some of them)and the best way to get around town without getting lost. The hotel room was very clean and the resturant at the hotel has great food. I would highly recommend this hotel espically with the new casino opening soon across the street. I plan to visit there again.

This was a horrible experience. I had problems with my planned stay for 90 people at this hotel from day one! The rates were questioned two days before our reunion, the food still hadn't been settled on and all the prices were different from the ones I had been quoted months earlier. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I am still trying to get the details straightened out and we are arriving in 1 day! No returned phone calls, voice mail, anything and everything!

Don't even chance it!!

I had one of the worst experience dealing with hotel/hospitality establishment ever. I had three nights reservation with this hotel. I was planning to stay overnight in Syracuse, since my kids were sleeping I decided to go directly to falls. I called ahead to make sure they have vacancy and they said they do. When I approached the front desk the lady was surprised to see me arrive early she didn't even pay attention that I was there. I had two night package reservation and one night reservation I asked her to combine the one night reservation and extra night in to 2 night package. She was annoyed that I asked for it. She said she is not authorize to do that. I was surprised to hear it. Anyway I said O.K. Than she put the registration paper in front of me and walked away. I told her I get a feeling that you are rude to me. She said you think this is rude than you don't know what rude is. Than she said if you feel this way you shouldn't stay with us and she suggested you should talk with general manager. I said O.K. she went in the back room talked with somebody came back and told me general manager doesn't want to talk with me and according to her general manager she is going to find alternate arrangement and when she does I should leave premises otherwise She will call police. I couldn't believe that just for asking a package which they advertise all over Internet and newspaper they are threatening customer (with 3 year old and 9 year old kids) in the middle of the night to call police. Anyway she could not find any alternate deal for me. So now she said since she is nice and she likes kid she will get me accommodation. I refuse to stay with them for the obvious reason. So expect them to get upset If you asked for any package or deal which they advertise.
