    San Francisco or 'The City' as locals call it was another whirlwind adventure! Luckily we had our friend Yun who we had met on our tour of Turkey to show us around in the one day we had there. It was pride week in The City and so accommodation was very very expensive, we ended up choosing to stay out at the airport because of this, but it turned out great because the hotel was excellent.     ... the Pacific Ocean where we hiked down and along a pebble beach. I got to see some pretty blue clam shells that was strikingly shining and colorful. We also had a seal pop up a few times to say hello which was sweet! To conclude the evening while we were cooking a huge herd of elk came down to the beach near us!     ... polite staff and warm cookies and then we rode the elevator up to the top floor and found our room. We repacked our suitcases - I may or may not have brought a picture of the Golden Gate Bridge....     ... into a magic shop, all very obsessed with Houdini, where the store attendant tried to convince me dinosaurs died from cigarette smoke and Houdini died texting while driving! He did a card trick where he used my card and made it hover and spin, weirdly mind boggling, I thought he had magnets so made him use one without magnets. Still worked!
