For three days, our DMExperience has been enjoying the long-running King Biscuit Festival in Helena, Ark. We're actually lodging in Lula, just across the bridge. If there's a town in Lula, we're not in it. The casino is about what you'd expect- basic room, food in the form of a buffet and a snack bar. None of our group cares at all for gambling!

Clarksdale is the Crossroads. Well, it became our DME tour's home base for a week while every day we'd go out and explore other attractions of the Delta. What's nice is that everything is in an hour or two's reach, so we could just 'stay put', travel out every day, and come home back to Clarksdale. ... my god! Again, not our usual, but we knew it would be ok from the old 60s style tv on some mismatched furniture that whilst on, had no picture and just played 'delta blues' the whole time. Beer time, we headed to the big shed, got some ice cold beers and sat on our veranda, Cam strumming his loaned guitar. There we're also a few lovely little cats around, so we had all that we needed to pass the time until we made our way to the club.
