... pepperjack cheese. I also had salad and coleslaw, and an excellent garlic dill pickle. Lemon meringue pie finished off my meal. It was all delicious!
After dinner, Cindy and I washed some clothes and watched some TV, while Chris and Stephanie visited with her uncle and aunt. By 9 o'clock, we were all ready for an early bedtime. Tomorrow we press on to Charlevoix, and a week of no towing! Yeah!
... or something. Everything felt heavier. Damn.
On the bright side I didn't gain 20 pounds. Turns out I actually lost 2 pounds! Ah so the magic to weight loss is to eat your ass off and not work out. Ah I joke...*sob*...remember muscle is heavier than fat...so I guess my muscle loss to fat gain ratio was slightly above 1.
Time for the long journey back to fitness...

After a few unsuccessful attempts to obtain biodiesel-free fuel in Illinois and Indiana, we gave up and drove on to Michigan where we found what we needed. We lost another hour on the clock and arrived in Battle Creek at 7 pm.
