      ... an interesting place with historic rooms, regular rooms, cottages, and cabins. We stayed in Blanco House #2, a cottage which was very nice. We went for a walk on the Cibolo Trail right outside our door, and ended up at a park with many ducks. Walked back through town, and then went to eat dinner. We ate at Sarika's Thai restaurant, which was excellent. Back at the hotel we read in/by the hot tub for a while, then called it a night.

      Good grief-weather = cloudy windy 30%25rain!! Had predicted 78 w sun! Baloney! We LEFT 2 pm drive near San Antonio Try for Waco? But is raining & windy! Not nice driving. OMG! 5 pm & jammed. Up traffic (crazy in Austin ). & a major rain storm too ! Still going ...

      ... our trouble & he caame over cuz he works on them in ND. Hoped a reset switch was there = nope! Oh well. Was so nice ( of course) we went to Clayton's & Talked to 2 nice groups/interesting! Went to Pier 19 good shrimp scampi. Might stay 1 more ...
