... We enjoyed their apple & cinnamon cake and also salted herring and eel, often served in buns with raw onion. Their fish is salted to be cooked and then the salt is washed off with milk and is served cold in oil! It tastes like normal fish but is incredibly soft and is a strange feeling in your mouth!    After a fun photo dressed up in traditional clothing (which was so warm!) we visited a clog making factory and cheese factory - lots of ...

... when I was too busy looking at a doughtnut seller! So I popped in and got a map and that made me feel better! I also asked what the hell was going on and it transpired that it was a celebration day and everyone had the day off work. I had a look for somewhere to eat but it was busy everywhere so unfortunately I ended up in McDonalds. I did manage to use their wifi for a bit though so it wasn't all bad.
