Today was out camp birthday! It was nobody's actual birthday but any excuse for a party right? On the way to camp we stopped off in a small town to shop at Goodwill (second hand shop). Our task was to cloth another person in under $10..... Accessorise were key. These outfits were going to be what we would wear on ...

... Oh and we paid for our swamp boat trip too, I think we are both really happy about that one! We arrived in New Orleans at 6.15pm. 9.40 The Great American breakfast continues to amaze, today we visited The French Press. My initial impressions of Lafayette as being a dump are sooo wrong. This large, ex printing press had a menu that made swift choice impossible and each of us ate like kings; Bev had Eggs Benedict and cheddar grits, I went for the Arcadian breakfast , Steve went for Cajun Benedict which involved Gumbo. All truly yummy .The waiter guessed I may have been ...

... amazing....so delicious and everyone loved it. After dinner we cleared up and had s'mores using the stove as we don't have a fire and complemented the marshmallows with Nutella and Hershey's chocolate. Then the normal crowd sat around and had a few drinks and played heads up which is a variation of charades using an ipad and it films those acting out the words. Watching it back was hilarious. Then it was time for bed as tomorrow we hit New ...
