Time to get on my way again. After one more short little shopping excursion for really, really good cider and a new camera, I left Ontario via the bridge from Fort Erie into New York state and headed west towards Pennsylvania. I wanted to get out of the congestion around Buffalo before stopping for anything and I was about an hour down the road when I noticed the price of gas was about 60 cents/gallon less than I’d seen along the way, so, of course I filled the tank. ... lined with your usual shops.

On our second day in Boston we did a walking tour of the Freedom trail that teaches you all about the American Revolution and also famous people of Boston. It was really interesting but sadly the tour only covered a mile of the trail so we decided to do our own self guided tour of the rest. Its quite cute because the trail is actually marked out through the city so it is very easy to follow, two red bricks side by side ...

... drive was nice and we were able to check out some of the lake. (also.... in NY the I90 is a toll road and has already gotten us for $13, so the less we're on it the better.) We pulled off at this little marina/beach and waded around in the lake while Chula took a swim. It's in the 80's here and humid. The lake temp seemed to be in the low 70's I'm guessing. It's weird to think that this place gets such harsh weather and ...
