While in Junction we really relaxed and just did some local sightseeing. Junction really caters to the residents and has some really nice parks for folks to enjoy ...

We looked for our Swedish friends but could put find their ballon in the air. We crossed the Texas State line, entered into central time zone and started east on I10. Easily the most desolate highway I have every driven ...

      ... for a spell.
We finally got on the road around 2:00 and it was nice to not be driving for the whole day. We only had to cover three hours on the road. The first real "town" we've come across in a while that wasn't sad and tired was Boerne (pronounced Berney).
