    ... in before we caught the ferry at 7pm, decided to catch a water taxi to Psarou, a 20 minute ride past amazing houses and impressive yachts and cruisers.     ... a little more, pleasantly enjoying the more leisurely pace in contrast to the frantic day we had experienced in Santorini.
