I had researched breakfast joints on Tripadvisor and Yelp. One place stood out from the reviews. We headed over to Water St. Cafe, which for some unknown reason is on Exchange St. It was a local favorite for sure as most everyone seemed to know each ...

... br> Before the Chili Cook-Off, we threw the concoction into the microwave, heated it up and back into the crockpot it goes. Met a few people around the office (who thought I was about 16) and ate some of the chili. The Venison Chili was my favorite. Shortly after eating, we went to Target, did some shopping then off to my Chiropractor. It was great to see Dr. Brown and he loved his kimchi cell phone charm.
