... so I went to look. Of course it was off. Made the train anyway, with maybe 8 minutes to spare. Trip was uneventful; train ran on time. Some people don't seem to get the concept of the quiet car, but the conductor took care of that. Arrived in NYC on time about 1:35.

Sadly, we have to leave this place tomorrow. There are other things, time permitting, we would enjoy seeing: James Madison’s home – Montpelier, and Monroe’s house, Ash-Lawn Highland, and maybe lunch at the Miche Tavern which has welcomed guests for over 200 years. Our next trip is the real vacation trip for the summer: we will be off to Colorado to cheer David and Michele on in the Pike's Peak Marathon, and then we will be touring the southwestern part of the state. We then got the micro greens ready and packed in the car and Oakley and I went to deliver the mint and the micro greens to a property about 15 minutes away where the greens and mint get sent up to a restaurant in Washington D.C.!
