It was a great last full day of our vacation. We are very sad for it to end tomorrow. We plan to take our time packing up to head home. Back to the grind on Monday.

Thank you to all who followed us along our journey!! We can't wait for our next camping adventure!

    You can see
immediately why the area is known as New England. It is so typical of the British
England. Driving around you come across
fields with stone walls, buildings which could have come from the pages of
    fairy tales.

    Beautiful

... drive to Mystic after our marathon effort yesterday. Our accommodation at The Whalers Inn is a large upstairs front room complete with 4 poster bed in an old sea captains house overlooking the street. The nice lady at the reception desk sold us tickets to the Old Mystic Seaport at a reduced rate. Fortunately we wanted to go there anyway.

Our main interest was the wooden boat restoration works there and as luck would have it the replica of the Mayflower ...
