The first full day back at the farm. First we will work on the loft and put up the 700 lb. beam and try to get the floor done. Harvest always comes first so hopefully we can start on a bean field tomorrow. The pictures tell most of the story on todays work. ... Mousse is a full Chocolate Lab. His father Kody is about 100 pounds, his mother Holly is about 80 pounds. He is going to be a big dog. Besides the lack of people (and traffic) one of the things that really stood out was how tall the curbs were in comparison to the road. The photo of Bri with one foot on the curb and one on the road really demonstrates it best. To cross the road they had a little set of steps at each intersection to help you up and down easily.
