... go visit with, we have someone to go into town with, we are really not that busy here at all and we have made this a little more like home. I think one of the big changes is that we have hot water (remember last year we had to microwave our water). And we both get plenty of sleep, our day really consists of a whole lot of nothing, but being better prepared then last time and knowing what to expect this time really helps. Unfortunately, the picnic areas along the way weren't really any good so as is becoming the usual, we found a Walmart in Uvaldo and parked up there. We had dinner, watched an episode of Being Human and then it was off to bed as we have another ...
No shave Novembeard
... Natural Area. We had nothing to loose and did not want to go home via the highway, so we set of on the back roads. Who ever said that Texas does not have fall foliage? We saw some lovely fall colors on the maple trees. In the final stretch we went through Hunt and Ingram, both towns are build on the banks of the Guadalupe, I think we found the next place that we will visit for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle.

Back in the good ole' US of A
We had a very uneventful drive north to the border. We only had one military check point, which we were waved through and one agricultural check point, which we were also waved through. Once we arrived at the border we turned in our vehicle passes and had our passports stamped by immigration. All was looking good as we headed towards the U.S. side.
