    ... sake.

I did not recall the huge area of wildflower meadows on one
side of Longwood Gardens, so may have missed them 15 years ago. Being September
they were now full of floweriferous Goldenrod, something to which I am
apparently very allergic. My sneezes were of such violence they could probably
be heard half the meadow away.

Why do complete strangers still feel the need to say “Bless
you!” when you sneeze? I’ve even ...

Ok so I did start this blog and lost the first entry. How I don't know but let's try this again. So this is a bit behind but better late then never hey!? So the adventure started with the flight being delayed by an hour with issues refueling. Turns Out motion lotion is a necessity for flight. Incredible! In earlier years it lived in Pennsylvania state hall, also known as Independence Hall, situated across the street. The bell is … well a bell with a natty inscription from the Bible. It seems to mean a lot to Americans but not glad we didn’t queue to see it.

We picked up free tickets from the Liberty Bell Centre, ...

... pass again...yeah, I know you guys are supposed to fly together, but your ticket says you're on a different plane'
    'Oh...well....um'
    'Just kidding, you're fine'

Other than that, no problems in security or baggage check, no plane delays. Nothing. Easy peasy. The plane ride was peaceful, only Anne and Erin sat together, I sat on the other end of the aisle from them and watched Skyfall, ate pasta, and slept.

... We parked up in the old part of the city and went for a bit of a walk. We headed to Christ Church - such a gorgeous church inside & out, then to Elfreth's Alley - the oldest continuously lived in street in the USA, passed the place where the first flag of the US was made, passed Liberty Bell (no I didn't lick it!) and then onto Independence Hall where the Constitution of the US was signed - loved this! Having just seen ...
