... at sunset the bats come out to feed. We made sure we were on the bridge at sunset and I have never seen so many bats in my life. They were flying within 10 feet of us, hundreds of them (actually 750,000 give or take a few). ... Antonio. We had two main things on the agenda, The Alamo, and the River Walk.

The Alamo is pretty much what you would expect. It's an old Spanish mission that's been repaired and altered over the years, and now they have added a museum, an IMAX theater, and a gift shop.
