Part of the enjoyment of Nationwide Arena is in fact the Arena district itself. The city has obviously put a lot of effort into the area - it's all very well maintained and there are lots of restaurants and bars for both pre- and post-game fun! The arena itself is new and has everything you'd want at a hockey game. The big cannon they fire off when the Blue Jackets score is awesome. ... but I couldn't remember how it ended so I kept reading. When it was close to 11:30 we started walking back to the gate. They had moved the security check further down the terminal. We had to show our passports and boarding passes again. We sat and read until the plane started to load.

... sat until another group arrived from another delayed flight. Derek says we left at 7:38 and we were supposed to leave at 6:45. But we were fine with that as we would have wanted them to wait on us if we were delayed. Besides the pilot said it would take us 6 hours and 25 minutes for the crossing which is about an hour less than the scheduled time.

... My last day at Jerome was yesterday and now I only have 7 weeks until I graduate college. I feel like such an adult. I am definitely going to miss the students at Jerome though. They were great! A few of my classes brought in treats and cards and cakes and we ate nothing but sugar all day (not complaining).

Chris got up around 8 am after the big day travelling and got organised and found the closest computer repair shop and also the best buy to replace the damaged SLR Camera.
