Up at 4:45am (amazing sleeping by girls!) Breakfast in the hotel; girls ate bacon, croissant, eggs, french toast and Clara demanded an omelette only for us to discover she meant a bagel (but shaped like an "O", so understandable). ... had my choice of cars. I'll admit it was a lot of people, but again Dollar was to blame for the wait because as soon as we entered the door, 8 of the 10 desk workers decided to take a break! I actually tweeted about it, and Dollar offered a pretty bad response, haha. Including a 30 minute drive up to the Valley, it was 13.5 hour journey. ... from the end, it's gone so quickly but it has been great for us. No problems except the issue with the bikes in Milwaukee. Being first timers to the States we've learnt a hell of a lot and if there is a next time we'll do things differently in some areas and know what to expect.
