    ... Sydney my other dinner companions are John and Lavena who are retired teachers and are on the world cruise. Theatre was full by the time I got there so decided to listen to the pianist Derek Floyd once more he's really good.     ... when he signalled and hit the wipers instead of the turn signal. We must have gone through thirty round-abouts already. They really take you for a 'loop'. We're spending the night and a good part of tomorrow in Huskisson which is a picturesque little coastal town. We walked around the beach area when we arrived and found it to be a quite nice.     ... of Elroy. Sue called us and we went over to her house and we were with her and Elroy when he quietly passed away.

    Such a loving and caring dog now at peace, just a few days short of his 14th birthday.

    Vale valiant friend - always in our hearts.

    ... Later in the afternoon had a Christmas BBQ, lovely but strange. Missed the Queens Christmas Day broadcast but ended up watching the Royal Variety Performance screened on TV in the evening, even more strange!!!!

    ... still lived or had ever existed in Tasmania. So whilst in Hobart, I did find some very interesting articles stating that there had been definite fox sightings in Tasmania, as little time ago as the 1990's and that 'Tasmanian Wildlfe Society' spoke of an 'erradiction program to rid Tasmania of the Red Fox. Once in possession of this article, I was very tempted to e-mail to it to the bus driver of the tour company, and have it addressed from 'Gracelands in Memphis'.
