... s more to that, but it's boring so I'll get on with it.

I recently accepted an Americorps position in New York City. I'll be working with City Year New York to help "#makebetterhappen" for inner city kids. This program is a great opportunity for me to get experience in inner city schools and start to develop my education background (as I currently have very little). Got to Ellensburg on Friday, essentially for Heather's graduation. Set up our AXIS at Umtanum where we used to camp in our first RV, the BigFoot trailer. Emotions are pretty high and excited. Went to IHoP for breakfast. It was not a real positive experience. Our order was before the ones next to us and they got their food 15 - 20 minutes before us. Very slow, poor service. Oh well. 49.80 on visa. Got to the campus. Found a practice room so we got to go through his solo a few times. On to the performance site. And then it was our turn. We thought Ethan did an awesome job. We were very proud. Went to have lunch ...
