Wednesday night last I went back to the Bloomington, Indiana, hall for the Congregation Book Study, Ministry School and Service Meeting. But this night it was a different congregation to the one I'd visited before so a whole new bunch of faces awaited me.
They were no less friendly, of course, and after the meeting I was able to spend a little time talking to a number of them.

Today was a gorgeous day aboard the California Zephyr! The sun was shining, the clouds dotted the blue sky and we enjoyed the views of Iowa, Nebraska, and Colorado. We were also able to play a ton of cards, read and chat with tons of people. The train has allowed us to slow down ...
... The fountains and statues were great. But, it was time to head to the train station. Where we waited for train 5 to leave. We waited and waited and waited! The only benefit of the delay was that we were able to watch then entire USA v. Portugal match. David got the kids chanting, "I believe that we will win!" Planned Route: Well….we would have been getting to the Grand Canyon!!
Today would have been the day we got to see and stay at the Grand Canyon but our diversionary set back as a result of radiator repairs to Mac took us north instead. With a hire car sorted (didn't plan for one of those) we left Texas mid-afternoon and crossed through Oklahoma and Kansas to end in Nebraska - another 3 states under London’s belt on day 3.
