... diagnosis was a muscle spasm in my back, which I would have believed if I hadn't already had a stone before. Unfortunately, due to our traveling home I did NOT want to get stuck in a Mexican hospital and miss my flight. I was able to get a shot for the pain and have been on ibuprofen since then. Hopefully. There are two cafeterias, or well, one cafeteria and one food court like the ones you know from the malls. There is also a Subways restaurant.
