First injury - Stu landed on top of his (rented) SUP fins. The lifeguard sterri-stipped the deep cut on his left arm, but his right forearm and wrist were very swollen and for a while we thought it was fractured... ...

... the sale. So I got myself a nice warm jumper reduced from $80 to $13. I do love a bargain! After shopping I walked over to Hamilton Lake and sat and read for a while. To locals it's probably the equivalent of what Pugneys is to me but I appreciated it. That evening I got talking to a French girl who's working in Hamilton and a New Zealander. He was nice and actually gave me about 5 free beers, but I was a little wary of him. He may well just have been a really nice guy but when ...
