... has a nice old town and castle that is great for a walk but not a must see. Then back in the mountains to Granada. I had no idea the Sierra Nevada's were as high as they are. ... until tomorrow. Did I mention that they are approaching their 70s!? They started travelling in 1968, yup, on a 250 Ducati with 1 sleeping bag and a billy. They have been at it on and off ever since. Raised a family, successful businesses and still doing it. Bloody brilliant, and we talked about all sorts, travel, families, kids, politics, life, bikes. Is there anything else? Awesome!

Caught a taxi from Saint Come to Estaing it would have been 15.5 walk, quite manageable however Jane is still unwell and Helen seems to have caught the bad cough as well. Quite a night! Either the birds were wearing hob nailed boots or the squirrels were wearing skates. Something was making a lot of banging on the roof in the night. You hear sound much more than in a house because a) the roof is closer and b) the roof is thinner.
