From here on it changed from desert badlands to twisting mountain roads with chain up areas for winter snow. It's hard to imagine that you'd get snow out here, but some points are nearly 5000 feet up. Our second flight going to Reno was a very memorable one. About halfway through the flight, a woman started yelling for help and when we all turned around to see what she needed help with, the man sitting next to her (presumably her husband) had his head laying back against his seat with his eyes looking straight up towards the ceiling and was completely unresponsive to this woman who was crying his name 'Ern' and lightly shaking him from side ...
