We will be meeting our friend Scott from the East Coast when we arrive in Vienna and later we expect to meet with other friends from Georgetown when we are in the Netherlands. Every once in a while I hear the click of another picture as he snaps photos of the earth below us; highways, fields, towns; lakes. We will look at these sometime and compare them to Google Earth views and try to figure out what direction the plane took.
What I had thought was a 4 hour flight is in reality only 3 hours and 15 minutes. The time really did pass ...
