When we had enough to eat we started a power play where every minute for 20-30 minutes straight we would take a shot of either beer wine or vodka, and by the end of it we were definitely in a great mood. The night carried on like that till our friend Robin stopped by to say hey and then he and I walked back home together. Great night with some really amazing friends, and I couldn't describe how nice it was to be able to see all of them again!

Our first chore on this bright, still, warm day was to get the washing done and this was done by 11:00. Julie, bless her, did all the chores, leaving me to do some blogging and to nurse my sore back, which has been playing me up for the best part of three weeks. As we were now getting low on water and it was dangerously close to laundry day, our plan for the day was to fix both problems and do a bit of sightseeing too and the chosen venue for all this fun and frolics was the old town of Nyk�ping (pronounced Nyshopping), about 16 miles away. It is a bit of a detour, involving a 5 mile or so inland journey off the logical North-South route but we needed water etc so the decision was made and we were off at 09:30.
