I thought perhaps I was seeing things when I first saw the sign, but I wasn't. Rum and coke church yard sale for the Mission Fund. I bet there will be quite the turn out for that!
We decided to continue on instead of waiting for the "Fund raiser."

We had the Old River Plantation and Swamp Tour combo booked in for the all day event. We got picked up by our gentle old driver at 7:20am on the corner of Royal Street & St Ann's. It was good being up so early as we got to see the aftermath of Bourbon Street before the cleaners had done their jobs.
