    ... in the kitchen and went to a Celtic bar with an awesome guitar-playing singer inside. After a drink we decided we were all shattered, so I grabbed my second waffle of the day and we headed back to the hostel.

    Due to the drilling downstairs and the excitement of the arrival of the mysterious Lysa (the woman/man staying in our dorm) we played a few word-games and went to sleep.

Pretty difficult to eat with only a very tiny plastic fork that lost all three of its prongs in my over-enthusiastic attempt to eat my waffle like there was a risk of it running away.So I guess Belgium waffles are good but I'll have to re-sample one day to confirm that.

    Interestingly my only 2 customer service experiences made the German's customer service look good. One ...
