    We couldn't leave Paris until 1125 so we enjoyed our holiday by sleeping in having breakfast before catching a cab to the North train station. We were pretty happy at this point as we were leaving Paris and onto another adventure however that subsided when we rocked up to the train station and straight away there was a lady at our window holding a sign begging for money, with a simultaneous 'f**k off' we were straight back into our I hate Paris mode. ...

    ... walls of the hotel are quite thin! We headed out to look for breakfast (Belgian waffles, yum!) and walked along the longest shopping strip in Europe (or so they say). We noticed many beggars in Brussels which I found surprising.

    We walked around the Christmas stalls, headed to Grand Place and then up towards Sablon. We stopped in a beautiful cathedral near Sablon and got lots of chocolate samples as well. There is a great chocolate ...
