    ... they were not getting me off that plane, so I popped my Ambien settled back and went to sleep for the next 6 hours. Dennis said we hit an area of severe turbulence during the night and they were shouting on the intercom for everyone to take their seat, fasten their seat belts and not get up. I missed all that and had a very restful night.

    Our plane arrived in Tahiti 15 minutes early. We all streamed off.

    ... we make some quick decisions. There are no appropriate treatment facilities in Kauai, or in Hawaii, for either Multiple Myeloma or Leukemia. We must give up that dream and sell our home in Kauai. God is good! Our home sells in one week and Rick breaths a bitter-sweet sigh of relief. Escrow is scheduled to close December 29th.

    ... large trunk to fit the luggage of two people. I am glad we didn't book the SUV; I would have felt so tiny, lol, and maybe more nervous to drive such a huge thing. Though it's all about habits I guess, and of course the road and parking spots are in same proportion as the vehicles. It would probably be a lot smoother to handle, then driving/parking a SUV back in Europe.

    One last word on the car : automatic gear. Hmm, another different habit. I can't speak for ...

    ... cool photography collection of Queen Victoria. The museum has an amazing garden too. Anyway we didn't have time to see anywhere near all of it as we had to head off for Courtney's Drybar appointment. Avie dropped me home and I had a snooze and watched TV. Kim cooked a nice asian noodle and chicken dish and then everyone floated off to bed and to pack for our 7:30am taxi to the airport. I stayed up to watch the Clippers v Warriors game 6 ...
