... flat plains where the hills can be seen on the horizon far, far away.

Today we visited 2 modest homes of George H W Bush. His first was in Odessa when he and Barbara moved back to Texas. They lived in the second home until George W. was 8 years old. It was a walk down memory lane of toys and decor that both Jim and I remembered from our childhood in the 50's. It is interesting to see family photos and to hear stories of the Bush children growing up and ...

... the movie... Also did some creative staging - theres the grand show within a show, a ballet featuring the actor playing the conductor opposite the real conductor so the stage looks like a mirror. ... Stillness not overrated for sleeping. On ship TV played the first season of Game of Thrones and I watched them all. Still not fond of Ned's Death scene. So Monday everyone just hung out at the bar all day and then we went to the Captains reception. Hilarity ensued and had trouble not laughing too much. The Captain has a theme song they play when he walks in... like Hail to the Chief but with dramatic sailing ...

... over the seat in front of me. Brother Coyote was making a break for Graham's or Ector County Coliseum, apparently that was not in the approved flight plan. Sat on the runway while the MAF critter police ran him off, or shot him. So starting the trip off with a kill and a thirty minute delay. Only in West ...
