... somewhere alone. You choose to take a journey, and soon the adventure will begin. When people questioned my choice to leave my job with nothing lined up (and in this economy?!), my response has been that I would rather my gravestone say, "she lived a life she loved," and not, "she was really responsible." We see the Shrek 4D show (I'm amazed that Paul has seen NONE of the Shrek movies- serious deficiency in his education right there!), but we both really love the experience. The special effects are very good. Next-up is the Studio tour which is really the whole reason I have wanted ...

Another full on busy day. Started the day with a quick trip to Santa Monica Pier for breakfast. Santa Monica Pier is the end of Route 66. Okay so not such a quick trip. Breakfast on the pier then went on a 2 hour tour down the coast to Malibu. We saw some of the stars homes, Jennifer Aniston's home is the orange mexican style home and Cher has the big place with the big gates. Shirley Maclaine sold her home some years ago and it was so big it is now apartments. We even ...
