    So it's my last night in Los Angeles and I'm starting to feel a little nervous about going off on my own. It's all very well being thousands of miles from home but when you have good friends around you who know where they're going, can help you with how much you're supposed to tip for different things (there are so many bloomin' rules) and can tell you the parts of the city you need to avoid, it does make this a whole lot more simple.
