    Mega Cavern Mega Zips in Louisville is the "world's only fully underground zip line course" according the company, and that's where we headed. Our 7pm appointment called for us to get geared up to take on 6 zip lines in a two-hour time frame. Everyone was Ok except that Laneshia wasn't to sure about doing all 6 zip lines - plus the temperature was a steady 59 degrees in the cavern (refreshing from the 90+ degree heat, but cold for 2 constant hours).     The fudge was handmade by a church member and provided to bless our new friends in Nicaragua.

    ... else there was to do at Churchill Downs.  Turns out - there's a LOT to do at Churchill Downs on non-racing days!  We ended up spending the entire day, but not before we shed a few more tears at the statue and final resting place of Barbaro. Mark 46, yes Dan's new favorite.  The Mint Julep, (Margot's new favorite) which is only produced in the Spring for the Kentucky Derby and only sold in KY. So… naturally we had to buy some!!! ...only 33% alcohol by volume - the girls can handle that easily... yes they can! We looked for Bulliet Bourbon and were told that they sub contract to Jim Beam and others. So, Dan is now  “boycotting" Bulleit!, no longer ...
