A rather good weekend
... and pavements there were cows and banana trees - I quite liked it. After a bit of searching (and a crazy scramble down a hill) we finally found the waterfall - yay! However this being Brazil the water/surrounding area was full of peoples rubbish so there was no way you would want a swim in there. There were elections this week and I kind of miss the build-up. Its very different to local elections in England. A bit of work!
Here thanks to IAESTE - working in the Physical Chemistry department of UNESP (occasionally). Staying at a 'Republica' which is essentially student accommodation here. We're pretty stable at 9 girls now - they don't do things small here.
