      We've stopped to fill up for gas after about two hours of driving. Luckily for me, Leah volunteered to drive first. I hate driving at night. It's the middle of the night but it's already hot.       ... couldn't help to feel a bit jealous; I also wants to live in a big house with a pool in the back with palms in the garden and sun all the time.       We had read on someone's blog that you could pick up a sub sandwich at a Subway at the exit. Uh, wrong. It's the previous exit. So if you think you might get hungry for lunch, make sure you bring it because there are no services at this exit and unless you want to go caveman on some grazing cow, well you are sol.

      Hello from Kingman, Well we made it! We are staying at the best western kings inn and suites. Nice Place! We had Lunch at Henry's in Tehachapi, wasn't great, but dinner was great. It was called Kingman Co Steakhouse fabulous Ribs. Then we went to Safeway mkt, Larry waited in the car for me and when I went to leave, they wouldn't let me out the door. She told me there was some guy waving a gun around in the parking lot. ...
