We made the most of our day today! We started the morning by walking up to the Arc De Triomphe. We then walked to the Champs-Élysées all the way thru the Christmas Market to Jardin Des Tuileries up to the Louvre. We had brunch at George V on the Champs. Had a rest there for a while, didn't go up because crowds were too long and we didn't bring the camera out with us, climbing things is for another day. Nice but long stroll home and we are knackered, I'm sure there will be lots of walking the next few days although I'm going to tackle the Metro ...

... masses of tourists huddled around them with their cameras really take away from them. I don't think anyone really looks and appreciates them, they just take a photo and leave. For that reason I didn't even get my camera out, except to show how many people there were. Today is the start of the greatest sporting event of the year: the Tour de France! And what better way to see it than in a Parisian cafe. Don't worry though, it wasn't too French because we drank tea and they ...
