    Front desk not present, had to call for service. Hotel is not very old, still in good clean condition. It's out of the way and occupancy was low.

    Dixon is on the Rock River and is also where Ronald Reagan grew up. The town has a nice set of trails along both sides of the river for bikes and walking.     Took the Winnebago for a trial run to Sunset Lakes in Hillsdale, IL for three nights. Pretty easy drive out, great site for the RV. Disappointed that the pool was closed but the weather was perfect. Took a canoe ride, rode bikes, adapting to our new home on wheels.
