    I just had a wonderwonderful weekend with Pau :)
    I arrived Saturday and I was direclty hit by the hot weather (ich musste mich gleich umziehen sonst wäre ich geschmolzen).
    We direclty went to the city and had a little stroll around and ate a burrito... well I wanted a burrito but they miss understood me and I got a burrito plate. Lucky me that Pau shared with me XD.
    Then we went to Coronado Beach on an "island": but before we ate icecream!!! ...

    ... the gold, then the shaping and engraving on the boxes and then all the engravings, inlaid pieces and incredible detail on the gold sarcophagus cases! Not to even mention the things that were buried with him to assist him in the afterlife (such as food in stone cases, chariots, thrones) and what about the tomb itself? It had a number of rooms and was dug down into the desert floor. Amazing!

    The next day was to be the last of the big drives we would embark on; we were heading up to stay with Josh's mum and sister who were holidaying in Santa Monica.     ... Went to Fiesta del Reyes as it looked very popular and was very busy, it was all open as well and being such a warm night it was nice to sit outside! Ordered a Fish taco because I enjoyed the last one so much and Dad had Chicken Enchiladas. They both arrived at the table and smelt revolting, like a farm full of cow **** (not exaggerating!!). The smell put me off before I even tried it, regardless they were tasteless, no flavour at all ...
