      Today we set off from the Linssen Yachts base in Maasbracht heading south. We started in sun but the weather very quickly turned "proper Cornish" - horizontal rain with a touch of sleet!       ... well. The cup was also another keeper. Right next door in the next hut was a Maultauschen stand. These are a ravioli type pasta packets that we have had in the past when we have been the Schwabian area of Germany. The little pillows are filled with either vegetable or meat. The history we have been told is that the monks in the area would make these little "packets" and hide the meat they wanted to eat on Fridays when they were to abstain from eating ...
