... early dinner. Challenging was the first menu in Czech, Russian and German we were given. The waitress on detecting our difficulty soon returned with a second where a few dishes had been translated to English. And so we are here and thanks to Louise this is a most comfortable apartment located beside parkland which I can hear crying out for us to walk in and so we shall. Malianske Lazne is a spa town extremely popular from the 18th Century until WW1. ... and drinking nasty water from my new spa cup, we then headed to the Becherovka factory. Becherovka was designed by Jan Becher in Karlovy Vary. This drink was originally designed as a medicine that aids with digestive problems. The taste was liked so much, however, that it has now been turned into a famous Czech drink. ... that was in Budapest and will be in Vienna. The first thing we did when we got there was get a scoop of gelato and then boarded a tour "train" that took us around the city and showed us the main sights.
