... able way. I'd hoped they weren't English but it turned out they were, self loathing. Experienced soup which was served in an edible bread bowl, always going to go down well. McDonald's serves beer instead of soft drinks, fabulous. Enough reason to visit Prague as any. ... Gardena - sadly it was 9 km ! It was stunning scenery which I tried to appreciate but in truth I was stuffed. So it was a grind up the climb, but is made it. Then the massive storm hit - it thundered down in sheets of wind-driven rain which quickly turned the road into a river. ... comfy chairs and socialized with some of the other passengers. We met several really nice people from all over. We have people from the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., Latvia, Ireland, and Mexico. Hors D'oeuvres were served while we waited for dinner.
